Brian Batts is a first time audiobook author. Having listened to over a thousand audiobooks in the last 20 years, he has become a 'self-proclaimed' expert in the field. Wanting to share his love for audiobooks with his child, he found that children’s audiobooks left a lot to be desired. Brian vowed to use his skills as a musician, sound engineer and writer to create the richest children’s audiobook experience possible and would do this by immersing the listener into the story using every inch of the stereo sound field.
  It took over two years to finish “The Journey of Billy Boom Train”, and Brian has since created ‘Audiobook Artists’ with a mission of - “Give your ears a pair of eyes.” He is currently working on book two of this ‘Musical Spell Series’ with other musicians and sound engineers, putting their skills together to make the most rich and colorful audio experience to date.
